1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or playing CricketManager, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all other policies and guidelines.

2. Account Registration

To play CricketManager, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up-to-date.

3. User Conduct

While using CricketManager, you agree to:

• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.
• Respect other players and not engage in any form of harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior.
• Avoid cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in the game.
• Not operate or coordinate multiple accounts to manipulate the game economy, including the transfer market.

CricketManager reserves the right to take enforcement action against any account found violating these rules, including restricting features, reversing transactions, forfeiting in-game items, players, or currency obtained through violations, and temporarily or permanently suspending the account. Where a violation involves multiple coordinated accounts, action may be taken against all accounts involved.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Purchases

CricketManager may offer virtual items for purchase with real or in-game currency. These items are digital, delivered immediately upon purchase, have no monetary value outside the game, and are non-transferable.

Refunds are provided where required by applicable law. Outside those cases, refunds are at our discretion and may be granted for accidental purchases, technical failures, or other good-faith reasons.

5. Intellectual Property

All content in CricketManager, including but not limited to text, graphics, code, and game mechanics, are the property of CricketManager and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the game without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

CricketManager is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CricketManager disclaims all warranties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, CricketManager is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our game.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our site. Your continued use of CricketManager after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of CricketManager will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
